One should also take every opportunity of listening to the act-by-act plot synopses that happen from time to time when R3 does a live broadcast. My reasons for suggesting this have nothing to do with a wish that people inform themselves, btw…

That’s why I specialise in contemporary music. I’ve become very good friends with most of the composers I’ve premiered over the years. Not like that stuck-up classical shower. Did the Mozart D major concerto twenty years ago and not even a thank you…

There is indeed, and very enjoyable it is.
The thing about the R3 synopses, though, is that some poor sod has to read out the condensation of nonsense while keeping a straight voice.

I like your thinking. The bluebottle is now conspicuous by its silence. I think that is still purring coming from modom, not a faint internal buzz, but I wouldn’t put serious money on it.
