Having learned the other week that he’d been to university, it just occurred to me to wonder what the career path is for graduate entrants to the police. I found this:
So why after at least four years service has he not been promoted?
That is a WAINS moment.
Has it been stated* that he’s graduated, or merely that he’s been to university?
* by someone more reliable than him, obviously.
