"Freddie has said that his Offender Manager believes that on his release, he may well not be able to return to Lower Loxley, it being the “scene of the original crime.” "

What happened to that, then?

So in February his Offender Manager said he couldn’t live at home, and in March Elizabeth says he can and no-one is arguing with her about it.

What chance has the law got against Archer entitlement?

I seem to remember a conversation between Kenton and Elizabeth when they were at cross purposes. Elizabeth couldn’t understand why Kenton seemed to know that Freddie’s return to Lower Loxley was problematical. She told him Freddie has sorted it out, somehow, with the whatever - Offender Manager, as said above? Anyhow, Kenton said, no, that wasn’t what he meant, he was talking about the liquor licence. Elizabeth retorted that since Freddie had just sorted out coming home, there was no way she was going to tell him he couldn’t after all.

Does that ring a bell or did I imagine it?
