…that Ben Archer. “What’s Waterford crystal?” - would he really not know? I can quite believe there are no decent glasses in the Brookfield midden, but even so.  
That he has no manners at all is perhaps unsurprising considering his parentage, but the snide running commentary while his mate is on the phone and the dissatisfaction with his dinner invitation are unpleasant.
