Kirsty probably thinks GDPR…

…is what Shula says to make a horse go faster.

She blithely mouths off to Shula (and probably anyone else foolish enough to stand still for more than two seconds in her presence) about Jakob wanting to know why all the personal data were being collected.

Rather proves his point, doesn’t it?

It would if she had shared any of the personal data or his name, but she didn’t.

She shouldn’t be talking about that aspect of her job at all. She gave Shula enough information to work out the person’s identity, and effectively confirmed that guess with the “I couldn’t possibly comment” line.

I cannot see that she gave any information to Shula in what she said.

Why is she not allowed to say that in order to join the health club people have to fill in a form? It would be remarkable if they didn’t.
