… & their new houses is gaaaawwweeegous. Even if “live above a shop” Nasher clearly thought it was awful.

I am not sure how Natasha could have given an opinion on it, though; it has not yet been built, as far as we know. Justin employed the slowest builders in the history of speculative building.

You can make a lot more profit selling houses if you don’t actually bother to employ any builders.

That might work except that he lives in the village, and the villagers (ie Emma, and immediately after her Susan, followed by the entire village and three villages all round) are going to notice.
