Tonight’s dross was that, all right: one ‘hiarious misunderstanding’ and a steaming bucketful of ‘Lynda and Robert being ridiculously yet lovably* overcompetitive’.
*I assume that was tbtb’s intention; my visceral loathing is undiminished, you may be relieved to hear.

They are planning a garden for display in three days’ time. One of them has not been gardening much this year because he was looking after his badly injured wife, the other has not been gardening much this year because she has spent most of it being badly injured.

Jennifer cut off the BT line to Willow Cottage and Willow Farm, as far as I remember. It took a long time to be fixed and Kirsty whinged about it non-stop for the whole while.
