I do not believe that Joe could hear anything significant any more than we could. We could hear her, and we could hear that she wasn’t saying anything coherent. This is why I shall be angry if they later pretend that she did.

Been thinking about this, after Joe and Harassing’s conversation the other night. It’s going to be the usual soggy cephalopod, isn’t it? Nic’s guilty secret is probably that she could have stopped Matt going outside so blamed herself for his accident.
