“Now, make sure you use protection so you don’t get… oh, right.”

“Big Gorazd would like you to know that he still wants his money. Just a friendly note!”

Yes, but let’s face it, Rex is surprised by sheep, geese, and the occasional road sign. Never mind the sharpest knife in the box, he’s not the sharpest chopstick.

Why is the child horrified by the sight of a shiny Easter egg? Ungrateful little toad. Could always be poor drawing, I suppose < noowowowstoppitaganeyouarepersistentandviolentarentyou >

One more:

17 Jan Justin stands accused, and Kenton imparts some advice.

I’d love to think he ran Matt over or at least gets arrested for it but I’m afraid it’s just a teaser.

This one completes the week (see the OP for the complete collection) :

19 Jan There is a shock in store for Jennifer, and Toby stands his ground.

Sounds as though David is trying to run Toby out of town. Or Jill is. Which will scare him more, David’s shotgun or Jill’s weapons-grade flapjacks?

David’s shotgun, I imagine. At least the flapjacks, though fearsome in themselves, are preceded by a strange hooting sound, enabling the prudent Lothario to grab his trousis and dive for cover.
