Alice has a rude awakening when she tries to help a friend, and the problems mount up when she tells a silly lie to cover her tracks that raises the suspicions of Chris and other family members. Meanwhile, Kate is formally introduced to Brian’s new partner, Harrison is touched by a generous offer, and Hannah plucks up the courage to ask Chris out.
