I don’t actually put any meat in mine, Fishy, just hot stock & a packet of stir fry vegetables. I can see cooked shredded chicken working too.
No blood test tomorrow - the Nurse is ill. I have an appointment at The Other Practice next week.

Mine is just whichever stir fry vegetable I have, dropped into boiling stock. Lid on saucy pan, gas off, & leave for 5 minutes.
Today’s is mixed peppers wiv cabbage, carrot, onion & beansprouts but the mushroom one is equally good.
You have reminded me to stock up on noodles though.

They are making rather lovely silk & paper flowers. I reckon that I could do that. The silk flowers lady is a milliner, I believe.
