I too, Fishers. Have started taking an iodine (kelp) supplement as I have loads of other minor problems and shall see how it goes

I thought that both garlic and iodine had to be applied topically, not eaten, to be good for your nails?

I am wondering about my thyroid function, Fishers. I’ll try a systemic ‘cure’ before I pursue medical ‘help’.
