I always season & taste, but never too much, during the cooking process, but I had 2 adults who would deploy the salt without tasting, & that drove me mad. One learned to try first The other didn’t, but she was old, & her tastebuds went Wonky Hey Ho Carinthia. xx ---

I have a sufficiently high regard for my friend that she can, almost, get away with murder. I also taste and season during the cooking process and one of the reasons I made the curry last night was in order to develop the flavours so she may not need to deploy the salt. An experiment, perhaps. Well, it bombed and we remain firm friends and I’ll continue to add a ‘sweetener’ to her coffee. Soo xx Night-nights. ---
