Very slowly, and it keeps catching me out if I move wrong. The trouble is, I canā€™t work out what movement it thinks is wrong: it seems to be completely random. ---

Also a Chinese takeaway, with Sweet-and-Sour Pork Balls and Egg Fried Rice. And a phone call from my son, who is determined that I must come to see them in Norway and meet Dear Delightful Dog #2. She is a Hungarian Vizsla and apparently very affectionate with the children. ---

Believe me, the chances are that it is lot less not-nice than the disease itselfā€¦ Truly. For one thing it wonā€™t go on for a fortnight and is unlikely to leave you with long-term effects.
