< that’s a hint. I haven’t eaten goat for many years and really like it.
The weather has been glorious, today, but we had to booger off for a walk, as the noise levels from the digging etc. were making me grind my teeth.
Our evening meals are becoming even more eclectic, as I’m ever more conscious of the sin of waste - wot? So…lentil burgers with roasted stringless green bean/garlic/tomato/red onion/walnut/feta salad and couscous. I’ll pop a load of roasted garlic in the dressing, to make it more edible - I hope.
The noise has stopped - listen…

I found out that my friend J has been not eating properly today so I am going to take her a veggie rice with a poached chicken breast so it’s all soft and she can eat it without dentures that she broke and thus needs soft food with all her five a day in the one dish
I fed her through her chemotherapy so I can make sure she gets at least two or three meals a week
It was a nightmare when she had a weird taste with the chemotherapy
