So, who wants to help ... to frivol in the cellar? (Part 1)

Is there an opposite of ‘coals to Newcastle’? ‘The cobbler’s children’ springs to mind, but is there something closer in terms of, shoot me for infelicity, product logistics?

Cornflour is a Grate Good Thing, and I am going to try an cornflour glaze to stick pumpkin seeds to the next batch of that kind of roll (apparently it’s some class of non-glossy [artisanally important, the low-gloss Schtick] magic glue). Or I might just stab them in individually, pointy end first. Depends how I feel that morning, really :hedgehog:

Yay! One of my nieces went in to see OMCB today and reports that she’s doing brilliantly, on the walking frame and in general, and as an OT she’s well qualified to judge. Go OMCB!

Will do. I reckon she’s pulled herself together and is getting on with it because she’s realised that’s the only way she’ll get home to her collection of malts.

Happy buzzings from the hive for the redoubtable OMCB!

Dinner has been panch phoron veg curry with mahoosive prawns fried in butter and garlic. Did it work? Yes - for us it did.

I haven’t left the hive for 12 days and not very often (disc slippage) before then. Nothing life-threatening, but one feels a bit flattened, so excuse my frequent absences, please.
