How about a corrie or cirque?
Do you do that with broccoli? Fab menu, mind. Corrie and chips - yum!

What Joe and us in the hovel need is an isthmus to the mainland
Been arting and shopping and nursing our mate who has a nasty cold and as she is an older lady she needs a bit of care
I know she wonât ask so I like to let her know I will be calling her and checking she is eating and taking care of herself
I have had an Heavy Domestic afternoon sorting out an temperamental vacuum cleaner.
Have been immensely cheered by an 'phonecall from wor Posh who came out of Orsepiddle last night.
Patrick came home today.

Itâs grand to hear good news of Posh and Patrick, Carinthia! Please wish them even more well from me.

Great news about Posh
We were at the official launch of our clubâs rally so hobnobbing with the great and good and the Mayor and various championship registrars
We paid polite attention to the speeches then fled to the nice Chinese in the County town
I forced myself to have chicken satay and king po chicken with noodles
It was delicious
Ooh
Chinese
Havenât had one for ages

Ozzieâs last hurrah for the year I think
Before we get him to the blacksmith to fettle him for next year
No time for housew#rk, here, as Iâm packing to go to Ullapool. A pasta salad must be made, too, as yer bees are too mean (with time) to stop at an eatery on the way. Itâs 300 miles away and we aim to be there just after 6pm, tomorrow. So - pasta salad eaten with wooden forks in the Fiesta will see us through. For historical reasons this must happen in Aviemore. Tonightâs dinner will be spaghetti al tonno, garlic bread and salad.

Envy!
Also, hurrah, AttaBees!
Pasta salad had to be tackled, first. Given that Mr Bee doesnât care for creamy dressings, I find this to be ridiculously difficult (but this is yer bee whoâd rather cook a dinner than prepare a round of sandwiches). The ingredients:
Fusilli
Cherry toms
Spring onions
Green olives
Red pepper
Cucumber
Toasted pine nuts
Cubes of Comté
Grated Grana Padano
Dressing of basil-infused olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, Dijon, honey (teeny), pepper - are you feeling the desperation?
Meh. Itâll have to do.
Now, to pack clothes. Oh - Iâll be taking you all with me, of course!
Soo xx
Damâ bluddy right. But you might want to sling in a bit more ComtĂ© [cheesy grinnity]
The dressing sounds spot-on, btw

Am having an rest at The Chesterfield ArmsâŠ
