Damn. Not because those are particularly awful, but because they will never let him alone again.

(My brother’s TIA was more than twenty-five years ago now; he worked for the Nuffield at the time, so he got fairly immediate reassurance about it from a stroke specialist two doors down. He hasn’t yet had either another or a stroke.)

We are trying to be hopeful and the Bull worries about me but we are surrounded by good friends and neighbours

B got me a fresh loaf and my favourite sauseges while C fed the cats and H is on standby to fetch my Bull home

G will also sort out any shopping and meds for me

I am truly blessed by my friends

And you lot keep me sane
