So, who wants to help... to perpetuate the cellar?

Complete with a collie’s front legs body and head

Then I have to knit two legs a tail ears a head 4 wellies and an aran coat!

Am I daft?

I’ve heard of ‘a dog with two tails’ but that’s pushing it a bi… Oh, wellies. Phew! As you were.

Now that’s a question. Not one to be asked lightly in the Cellar, I feel…

Now what will the Bull have with his smoked salmon?

Ach, it won’t take you long to bake some more…
Discerning feller, yon Bull - soda bread is the perfect accompaniment to smoked salmon.

I can, yeah. No, you’ll have to busk it with milk and lemon juice. Or dilute yoghurt.

I will use Greek yogurt let down with water

Water is always a let down, isn’t it? Gin is much better.

I think it would not do the yoghurt much good. Better keep it somewhere safe.

Gin is always safe in my glass…

No gin was required for enduring patio door replacement. Competent and tidy chaps, lovely result and happy bees with lighter wallets. Yay!

Saw a froglet, today - much excitement, especially azz I hadn’t squished it underfoot. Loads of sweetly scented wild roses offset by hogweed. The bullocks that had been corralled into a smallish field, yesterday, were absent, today.
