Dearie me, Gus.

TA! (Azzin Trivia Alert!)

The lack of haircuts seems to be bothering many. Mr Bee, however, izz sporting his Covid-19 shoulder-length ā€˜doā€™ happily. My hair izz tied back in a bun. Poodle couldnā€™t give a hoot, either. Nothing hazz been the same since BT boogered about with all of their email users on Thursday.

As long as Poodle is a happy girl who cares?

She is a Very Happy Poodle. I sent her pic to affirm the fact that we might all be as happy in our skin/hair as she is, Twellsy.

I canā€™t see that Photie, Soo, but can imagine Poodle in all her glory.

I have cut my hair twice with the Lectric Clippers, &, as itizz short & forgiving type of hair, it has, mostly worked.

I canā€™t, of course, see the back, but can see that itizz straggling round my neck in a most unbecoming manner.

Sigh

Due to the layout of the salon, my hairdressers can only work one atta time, so ā€˜mineā€™ did all day Saturday & Sunday. She is working out the difficulties of face mask, face shield & Spex, but will make the best ovvit.

Howsumevva

I hope that she can see me soon, or Iā€™ll be at the clippers again!

I think that DiL is having hers done soon. A much more complicated cut & colour job

Gin, Darling

I wash my hair, push it into place & leave it to dry. I canā€™t style it, or
blow dry it myself.

I suspect itā€™s only visible to you, 'cos itā€™s a link to BTā€™s webmail service. But Yay Poodle anyway.

Me too. Plus, I am in the fortunate position of living with my hairdresser - and heā€™s cheap!

Not the TFD is actually a hairdresser, not a proper one, but he does cut my hair. It all started 5 years ago when Lou and I had our heads shaved for Macmillan (oh the ironyā€¦). When it started to grow a bit I liked it - a lot. I suits me very very short, and I love the fact that it looks the same when I get up in the morning as it did when I went to bed, so I decided to keep it that way. TFD does it with a no.4 but leaves the edges a bit longer and somehow uses the clippers to feather them a bit.

I donā€™t ever want to change it now.

I cut Mr Cā€™s hair for 30 years. The only time a professional touched it was during the last 10 years of his life, & he used to take me, from the campsite to an excellent hairdresser* in the next village. He would have his summer cut, & I mine.

  • I have severial Austrian friends who are hairdressers, & a couple of Hungarians too

Not quite like having an Tame Jesuit, but closeā€¦

What is wrong with long hair?

On hens and humans

My mop is washed and brushed then left to dry

I have only had a few light trims wherre the hairdresser was permitted to gently trim my hair after putting in highlights and drying the hair

Nothing for the last three years
