Delicious, Twellsy. At what time should one rock up?
I can’t decide what to make for dinner, in this incessant heat. Yesterday, I made a salad nicoise with garlic-fried king prawns instead of the usual tuna or salmon. It was good. Today? No clue.

All salads are in the fridge we have a huge fridge freezer a wee fridge and an electric cool box
Chickens are in the meat drawer slurping up the marinade and rub

Yesterday I grazed on odds & sods as I felt rubbish, & not very hungry
Today I have got my act together , used the onion chopper & made a tomato, red onion & goats cheese salad & will dress it with pumpkin seed oil before eating

The key is the flour. Get hold of some proper 00 grade - and preferably labelled as specifically for pizza / bread.

I hope that That Bird is in its nest and resting.
It’s awfy hot in the hive. I’ll be off to bed with some dread, as upstairs is even warmer than downstairs. Ugh. Feel free to remind me of just how whingey I was about summer when we hit the, inevitable, baltic and soggy autumn and winter.
