This BBC Radio 4 - The Archers - The Archers in 2021 - 70 characters for 70 years
is advertised as being “An all new all cast photo for the Archers 70th anniversary year.”
It is no such thing; most if not all are from the “Characters” page, and I have certainly seen every one of them before. “New” my arse.
Looking at these things just encourages the buggers, dere Fish.
So I shan’t.
The assembly of them may indeed be new, but “all new” to me would imply something other than “we got the intern to paste together a bunch of photos we already had, really rather badly”.
Including Usha and Kathy, I see. I wonder how their respective actors feel about that?
