What IS the name of Chez Duckboard?

I know it’s generally assumed to be Les soeurs heureuses, but this is radio, after all, so no one’s seen it written down. Then there’s Ambridge’s scattergun approach to pronunciation - they can’t even manage to be consistent in English, never mind furrin. So…

Les heures heureuses - never mind the food, just get pissed on the cheap
Lezzers’R’Us - (aka ‘“Les Soeurs” yer arse!’) would finally put an end to a demand from certain quarters that has been repeated ad nauseam since the days of the original BBC boards.

Any more?

I hate to be a killjoy, but it actually was named in the BBC synopsis of 6th August: Les Soeurs Heureuses.

And I will take both Les SewersRUs and Lesser Horrors and add them to the nicknames list, unless you would prefer me not to.

But do we give credence to secondary sources? After all “if it didn’t happen on air…” and all that. Darrell’s diagnosis being a case in point.
