What a shame, she says she is super-busy and indeed it must have taken a good deal of her time.
Oh, that is a pity. I do hope twitter is letting her know how much it was enjoyed (I don’t mean in an emotional blackmailing way).
I posted on Twitter to that effect as did many others but I added - in an emotional blackmailing sort of way - would she consider a Special Edition one of these days. Well, I hope that in fact it was smarmily ingratiating rather than emotionally blackmailing!
