How, why and where is Jakob supposed to have encountered Joy Horville? And why on earth would he think her a suitable person to foist onto Peggy?

Ho hum. It does seem unlikely on Jakob’s part. But lying or not, it was still a good line, imo. There aren’t that many of them, so I Noticed it.
