Pip is back, groan! Toby, too, another groan. There were no Archers at all the previous week and this week only Pip and Tom. Oh, and Lexi has been given a surname, I donât think she had one before, did she? Will she become a permanent character, I wonder. What joy for Gus if so!
And no Matt :- (
And âTin-Earâ Flynn to bring 'em back. Whoopee.
Daisy Badger is such an appalling actor - in my opinion - that it hardly matters what they write for her.
Though having said that I believe writers write better lines for the better actors as they, the actors, have made their character spring to life. Writing for Brian, for instance, should be easier as you can rely on the actor âbeingâ Brian. With Daisy Badger youâd never know what voice she was going to use that day. And surely it must have easier to write for OldTom than the new.
Deep joy. Not.
