It would be quite realistic if she showed up with problems now or, more likely still, when she goes to school. I’m amazed Chris hasn’t said anything about this. Or rather that the writers are ignoring this possibility as a storyline. Chris ought to be saying he worries about the future for Maarthuur.
If he was really horrible he would weaponise it and use it against Alice to discombobulate her.
