It wasn’t that long ago, yet the man who threatened to come between Adam and Ian, knew too much about controlling Rob, and had ambitions to be the Baron of Borsetshire is now all but forgotten. We get some reminders of him this week, plus further chronicles of Ed and Emma’s on-off relationship.
There’s also a bit of unseasonal festive spirit on offer as the Ambridgers gather to witness the switching on of the Christmas lights, while Lynda forges ahead with her production of Blyth Spirit - an event that was to bring Susan’s inner diva to the surface.
