There’s Christmas trouble at the panto, a bitter clash between Toby and Pip, a dangerous denial from Christine and worries over Freddie. Meanwhile a bucket of money arrives at Bridge Farm and another big bucket of trouble arrives for Lilian.
Thanks to maggiesaes from The Bowman Board
I suspect we shall feel the need of buckets ourselves for a lot of the coming delights
“'Scuse me mate, do you know the way to Brookfield?”
Cheer up Gus, think of the bitter clash and the trouble for Lilian. That will help alloy the Bridge Farm gloating or ‘Helen counting her blessings’ as the one-liner puts it. Reminds me of Nancy Mitford’s ‘The Blessing’, so nice if both her brats turned out similarly.
