Toby and Rex Fairbrother, sons of that cad Robin, have carried on the family tradition of stirring up all kinds of trouble among the Archer clan. Toby, lackadaisical when it comes to farming and fathering, has joined forces with the more reliable Rex to add to the rows already raging under the Brookfield eaves.
While this ding-dong goes on, Ambridge’s blabbermouthed radio star, Susan, seeks a bit of tranquillity with her daughter-in-law, Alice; things must be very bad indeed in Ambridge if those two seek each other our for solace.
