I don’t really like burger buns as such. Am not really a fan of that sort of bread.

The shaping still needs work, but the addition of the malt is definitely Worth It: a crisper crust and deeper flavour.
You might notice a couple are missing from the original dozen….
Juggins here forgot about the melted butter until half way through kneading, but incorporating softened butter at that stage, as for Vienna rolls, worked okay.
