My secret with Yorkshires is to add one more egg white than there are eggs in the batter
And let it stand
I think that it was Jamie Oliver discussing how to make Yorkshires rise.
He had no problem cos he used 5 eggs…

I use the late Gary Rhodes’ recipe and even when multiplying it up one extra egg white works to give you puffy crispy puds
And toad in the hole that climbs up to hit the top of the remoska
Chuck a couple here please

Please note lack of moultage of pumpkin seeds.
The solution is glue. Specifically, half a teaspoon of cornflour mixed with 120ml water, boiled until syrupy and reduced by about half. Brush on before and after chucking the seeds at the rolls.
Clever!
What are we having with them?

Glue not original, took a bit of searching though
My Mother used to do that.
Cornflour is very versatile.
