It stands for Why Am I Not Surprised? (Or Why Are You Not Surprised?, of course.)
Though it might also be shorthand for Wayne Clint and Darren, Sharon Tracy and Debra. I wrote a trio of very useless young gods called WC&D once, as well as a mysterious trio of goddesses called ST&D who never actually appeared.
