The awkward spot will either be a childcare problem (yawn) or Toby asking if she really intends to have him and his gin turfed out of Hollowtree (less of a yawn).
I thought the notice periods for agricultural lets (there are pigs or something too, aren’t there?) are pretty long, so with luck the Dopeys and bleeding Peep will have to think again.
