Radio Times Ambridge Diary 16-21 April

The Easter Day lunch at Brookfield is set to be a tense affair, with the family trading insults and accusations rather than eggs. Feeling shunned by her family and getting no sympathy from Toby, a morose Pip can only find comfort in Jill.

Jennifer, meanwhile, wonders about the reason for Lilian’s buoyant mood. She insists that she is in love with life. But expect a rain shower to come in the form of a certain attender at an open-invite get-together at The Bull that’s meant to mark Lilian and Justin’s declaration of their relationship.

Finally, Anisha shows a blatant disregard for village etiquette when she tells Peggy that her pet cat is overweight.
