The IBR outbreak has prompted belt-tightening at Brookfield - and the decision to bring all the work in-house. So, of course, despite being free from blame, the ones who’ll really suffer will be the Grundys, who must now be denied regular work from David and Ruth.
Mind you, Eddie has other problems that hit closer to home, namely Clarrie chastising him for letting pigs onto protected land. With Kirsty getting suspicious, might she discover the truth and report the Grundys for damaging the Site of Special Scientific Interest (try saying that after five pints of Shires).
Finally, Lilian admits to Jolene that she’s unsettled by Justin’s mood as his divorce proceedings continue …
