Radio Times Ambridge Diary April 22-27

You have to feel sorry for Alistair - not only has his marriage collapsed, he’s now struggling to get any peace in Jim’s spare room, tortured as he is by his dad’s piano playing and Jazzer’s snoring. But worse is to come when Shula tries a kind gesture, only to put her foot in it.
It’s also very frosty at Grange Farm, with Will left disappointed after his attempt to pull out all the stops to impress Jake fails. Emma, meanwhile, continues to reel from Will’s onslaught last week, though a breakthrough for the family could be on the cards thanks to Clarrie’s peacekeeping.
Elsewhere, Pat continues to fear the worst where Olwen is concerned, while Brian ends the week by making a mysterious deal.
