Radio Times Ambridge Diary December 7-10

Secrets have a habit of rising to the surface no matter how hard a character tries to suppress them. So even though Chris is desperate for Alice’s erratic behaviour to stay under wraps, one family member is fast becoming suspicious.
Kirsty is having a busy time of it, what with a commitment to the Lower Loxley show and the organisation of a local litter pick. But will the fact that she’s more ingratiated than ever before into village life give her second thoughts about leaving?
Finally, Lily and Freddie are planning a wild night for their 21st birthdays, but they end up having to endure a more meagre celebration than the one they’d hoped for.

I do not think that word means what the Radio Times author thinks it means.

Ingratiated ain’t a synonym for integrated

And it’s not a typo - PinaGrigio has posted the same in Peet’s as fleetingeileenm in Angie’s. So definitely a writer error.

Freudian slip: The Throaty One does have an oleaginous, people-pleasing dimension, after all.

Really?

It’s not working on me.

I used to like her but I went right off her when she started sticking her nose in about Gavin’s supposed gambling. Oh, and she was pretty foul to Jennifer and Brian, too.

Remember that she ‘saved’ Helen and interfered to the extent of procuring medical assistance for Rob. Oh, and shagged the SLT and almost let him into the gene pool until her body very sensibly decided otherwise.
