Radio Times Ambridge Diary July 12-15

Beechwood is Ambridge’s equivalent of Wisteria Lane in Desperate Housewives - a street where mysteries lurk behind every neatly trimmed hedge. And now Lee is about to discover it isn’t quite the utopian community he’d imagined, while Joy finds herself piggy in the middle when a secret is let out of the bag.
At Brookfield, nerves threaten to get the better of Ben ahead of his nursing interview. But he’s not the only one at the farm with the jitters, as the date of the cattle auction draws near. And there’s big drama for the Grundys: chauffeur Eddie receives more than the big tip he’d bargained for; and then Ed gets an unwelcome blast from the past.

“We hear you have Hulk and Spiderman figures, and we’d just like to make it clear that this is a DC street.”

…and David fears there will be no bidders for Ruth.
Lucky he bonded, if only to a Prittstickly degree, with Vince, then, innit.
