The Mog had nested down on the bed whose sheets needed changing.
So I got a request:
“I have a cat sleeping on my bed. Do you suppose you could make a noise like a polystyrene duck at the bottom of the stairs?”

Other people probably live in a world that is slightly less surreal.

“Why yes, it is bedding changing day. How did you know?”

You must adore moggies’ determination to look good while buggering up your routine

Er, no. Tolerate, not adore.

Is there an Medicinal available please?

I spent hours at the Orsepiddle having XRays on my hands, feet & chest & an whole gamut of blood tests.

I was not dressed for blood tests, so had to get halfway out of an long-sleeved pull-n dress in order to present an arm!

They took 12 vials, which is definitely more than an armful!

Anyhoo, it looks as though 1 of my Rheumatology drugs will be changed to a Biologic. I was told at the outset that the Hydroxychloroquine, which I take every day, might, with luck, work for 5-6 years. I have been taking it for 8 years, & it seems to no longer be up to the job.

The Biologic would be injected every fortnight, so that’s not a problem.

When he gets the results of all these tests, he is taking them to the MDT meeting, both to share them, & seek other opinions. The Palindromic Rheumatism I have is very rare, as is, as it turns out, the burst abscess in my bowel.

Never let it be said that I have common illnesses…:joy:

Anyhoo.

We are making the plans.

I slept for 2 hours when I got home!

I think the chandelier is a bit high for most of us to reach, to be honest. If only there was someone here who could fly…
