We have endured a torrential hailstorm and now have a glorious azure blue sky which stretches to the Forth and way beyond. Happy sigh.

Chilly but sunny here
I await some warm weather with great anticipation
Today’s jolly jape is the wupeen giving me an “E15” error message, which is apparently “water protection system activated” and I am to turn off the tap and call the engineers. The former proved impossible, but That Bird has a mole wrench… I think I had better establish how old it is, but the idea that it might be in guarantee is risible, I suspect, even if it is a Bosch.

She has just finished going through the house like a small determined whirlwind cleaning floors, and taken herself off into the sunshine “expecting snow, it’s been that sort of weather this week”. She brought her umbrella, which since it is April I think was very sensible of her.

Actually, they can be quite alarming to humans too, especially when they have young. But I think they are rather beautiful. I just wasn’t expecting to see one in the garden. Here are a group in a local conservation area:

I am in the plague pit
I fell and shattered my nose and so it was: stitches I am concerned about scars and was told that my face doesn’t matter
That annoys me so much that I might just buzz over and rearrange their fizzogs, Twellsy. Fuzzy hugs.

Having the sense to fly over fences, for a start, instead of trying to walk round them.
