No recipe as such, Fishy, as itizz often a ‘leftovers’ sort of meal, but I either mash onions & corned beef into cold mashed potato, or do, as I have done this time, & layer it.

The left over mash was heavy on the garlic/grain mustard, & I have stirred beaten egg into it so that we get a crispy garlicky top

Comfort food

Oh, & bake it in the oven

Just to add that The Silver Spoon is a wonderful Italian recipe book IMO
