So, who wants to help ... to cower in the cellar?

I have just been made a leopard bed while said leopard farts at me

I’d say “you let them walk all over you”, but clearly you do.

Err Dunnock

Bengal slaves are just that - Slaves who feed house and dote upon them!

The slaves are bewitched as the leopards are tiny fluffy kittens

I believe Gus can describe the spotty wee horrors

"She answered somewhat bibulously ‘Who’d you think you are?’ "
Yeah, takes me that way sometimes, too

I think propping up the bar, knocking back the gin, and if anyone takes you to task replying with ‘funiculi, funicula, funnic-yourself’ has a certain appeal, myself.

Aye. But hot flushes - nah; those I can do without.

Furry, totalitarian, spotty and - yes - horrors. Not ‘wee’, though: they are quite sizeable beasts.

You missed out sweet and adorable in describing leopards

Oh and playful!

For a given value of playful!

Pass the dressings for my wounds that I was given by a leopard playing…

The leopards I know personally are adored, certainly; ‘sweet’ doesn’t really describe them, though. Plus the male of the pair produces the most malodorous shits of any cat I have ever known.

Watching him play with his friend the Boxer dog is as good a way of spending half an hour as I have ever discovered, mind… And he was very good when he met the owl. I have photies of that somewhere (it was a pet owl, not a wild one). They got on surprisingly well.

Malodorous poo is common to all Bengals I fear

We feed em special fud that is odour reducing for the wee darlings output

That and lavender scented litter helps somewhat…

It seems that ‘poo’ is still de rigueur. Can’t comment upon that other than to say we did talk about DS’ cat’s litter tray habits (other topics were discussed - including the time that I turned on the tumble-drier with one of our cats in situ - I didn’t kill her, thank gawd). A thoroughly decent lunch was enjoyed.

Tomorrow, we intend to visit a town, north of the border, to further assess the possibility of moving the hive. After 36 years in our present location, this would be a Big Thing for us, so we’ll prolly dodge about and avoid a decision.

Oh Soo

I have been at Carinthia Towers for 39 years & I am now having to think about what may be best for me . Am aware that Brane is Seriously Fried ATM & putting the whole ‘Thinking Shoite’ orff for a couple of months.

I need time to think, & I can’t yet

I completely understand this, Carinthia. Even I find the whole folderol utterly bamboozling. Let’s leave it, forra while and havva Pernod, to gather our thoughts. No water is involved.

Take care, Chatelaine.

Yep, that immediately sprang to mind here too. I’d forgotten “custard gannets”. Splendid stuff.
