Our forecast didn’t mention ‘stuff’, not as such. Plenty of wind and rain, though. Rude, I call it.

Do they serve G&t in that hostelry? I have managed to procure three pots (40g each) of clotted cream for the Cornish contingent to enjoy with their Christmas pud. Given that I’d never wish to consume cream of any sort, I think that I have been a Good and Thoughtful bee. They don’t like brandy sauce, apparently.

I believe that they do G&T, but I’ve never had reason to look beyond the Beer.
I was going to take pictures of the rest of lunch, but I got Distracted.
That looks good, Dunnock
Have visited friend, with her present -an windproof umbrella
Her 89 year old father was admitted to Orsepiddle in the early hours of yesterday morning, so things are somewhat fraught
I have been invited to the Fambly Chinese Takeaway on Christmas Eve, on the understanding that I don’t mind staying at home if things are Too Difficult

The gift ovvan windproof umbrella iizzan wonderful gift, indeed (I have two). I am sorry for your friend’s concerns, though, Carinthia.
I had written a card for our regular Postman (with a little gift included) as I appreciate the extra w#rk my on-line shopping causes him. The doorbell rang (activated by postman) and I asked Mr Bee to ensure it was the Tall One. He handed over the card to the Short and rather Grumpy Postman. So - I have now written a card, with wee giftie included, for the Right and Tall Postman. I shall apply running spikes, in the morn, in case other Pretenders call by.
Good nights, Cellarites,

I have just spent 45minutes on the Blower with a 76 year old friend whose previously lovely daughter is now a raging alcoholic living on the streets of Bradford (friend lives in Otley).
We were remembering better times, but she is advised, for her sanity, not to communicate with her daughter when sh is drunk.
Another ‘All our yesterdays’ day
