I am having a Nightcap, all on me own recognisance. It’s a Bailey’s knock-off, Cinnamon & Vanilla (yes, I know, but it was a very kind gift) and do you know what? It’s not half bad. Rather soothing, in fact. Although it is the sort of flavour that might tempt Children to Drink, and we can’t have that. I mean, what would the rest of us do? There could be Shortages. < shudder >

Also ‘late’ here. Since I wasn’t sleeping I marzipanned and ‘iced’ me cake (a circle of fondant dumped on the top counts as ‘icing’, I feel, given the hour of the morning and all) and I have just had a tiny slice for breakfast. S’not bad.
As a breakfast habit it would be, though; very.
So, the party at joe’s: how did it go? Anyone decide to wear one of the beautiful chickens as a hat?And is there any chilli left?

I think I can safely say all here.
New mattress for the new year is very successful; it doesn’t have great gullies in it for me to fall down, nor yet a rift valley in the middle. Which is good.
