So, who wants to help ... to flummox the cellar?

Twellsy, apart from gin cravings, how have you fared today?

I am ok
The Bull came to deliver clean laundry today and we were able to see each other in the foyer

I went on wheels!

I discovered that I am not able to do a simple job when I made the bed myself and needed a nebuliser to help me catch my breath

Strictly was good tonight

I await my chemical cosh and iv meds and I will sleep dreaming of dancing aCharleston with gin bottle in hand
Snot fair I have a bottle of Boyles and a bottle of Gunpowder gin at home
I worrit in case it evaporates
That would be a tragedy

Well, don’t make the feckin’ bed yerself, you eejit. There are people there paid to do it. There are people there paid to keep you alive. The first set is entirely contained within the second. Grrr.
Also, pore fing. Sleep well and get better! The gin is pining for you.

Gawds, Twellsy

Has the GinSparrer been seen?

I didn’t have the stirfry, as I had ham wot needed using up, so have had an ham, Mozzarella & garlic flatbread, which was nice.
I realised that I had been picking at odds & sods today, & needed warm calories fer the medication to do the job.

Gus dear I am not used to having folks make beds for me
I surprise the cleaning and kitchen staff by thanking them profusely for doing the stuff they do for me

So I try to make as little mess and fuss as I can

Daft old bat that I am
Talking of bats I want the bats in the shop here

They are a good foot wingspan and have led red glowing eyes

And the reception desk has abunting affair of ravens and bats in pure black that I fancy too

I am strange I know

Yeah, but it’s a bit like keeping Ghandi poor, isn’t it? Costs other folk a lot more energy that could be better directed elsewhere.
If you were able for strenuous housekeeping, you wouldn’t be in there. So behave and LET things be done for you while you need it, which currently you do, and put yer back into taking it aisy and recovering. It is the most helpful thing you can do, if you think about it. And yes, it is beastly being away from home, and I feel for you.
Get yer head down, slesp, sleep some more, and then sleep again. Shortest route to home.
Night, Twellsy, and good luck

I am being as good as I can

I have an extra nasty edake today so I am going to rest and hope that the pills work fast

And my blood pressure is too low so I’m not getting out of bed without a gnursie ready to catch me when I wobble

So I hope my broom :broom: is ready for next weekend

Failing that I will use a yarrow stalk
