Hello Darlings

Fraught day here, after no sweep, & not all wevver-related.
Friend from around the corner took me to the surgery for my blood test, as there were no taxis available this afternoon.

They made the samples van wait, so my blood is at the Orsepiddle now.

The medicines review didn’t happen, but we had a long conversation about blood pressure.

I couldn’t face town after all that, so walked to the 'bus stop via the very good chip shop, & waited for a piece of haddock to be cooked.

I will enjoy that later.

Tonight will be eating, drinking & flumping, as the wevver continues a merry & destructive dance…

Can someone explain to me why, when things have settled down weatherwise, the wind speeds are forecast to be high in the Borders and Embra, for Sunday? As storm names go, we’d be up to eff and I am more than happy to tip a cup or two over the effer. Just sayin’

No storm damage to the house, though she fears for her Garrya of which she is very fond. But the TV’s gorn wrong - she thinks it was the cat - so she missed some of the Winter Olympics she particularly wanted to see. Blast it.
Confusion to Franklin and fence jackanapses both… Sleep well.
