So, who wants to help ... to flummox the cellar?

The Vitamin D3 that I have been taking is 1000IU, but I believe that the maximum dose is 4000IU. We shall see.

My former gardener has strimmed the back lawn & is now cutting the hedge. 2 years worth of work there…

He didn’t tell me that he was retiring, he just didn’t turn up. He may have been slightly shamed into action by the NDNs who have weeded the front garden for me…

A letter from the nice ENT lady who is trying to sort out my slight dizziness indicates that they have finally noticed the stroke I had in 2007 and have been mentioning on and off to doctors ever since (Newham Hospital lost my notes to cover up their incapacities, but I grabbed my own copy of the Final Report even though nothing ever got forwarded to my GP or put into the record) and think it might be relevant. Personally I think the dizziness might have shown up sooner than last May if it were to do with the stroke, but if they want me to go and see a balance specialist they’re welcome – though quite what feeling dizzy if I turn over in bed but not at any other time has to do with my balance I am not sure, and I suspect that like the hearing test it will be a complete waste of time, theirs and mine.

Eventually I suspect it will turn out to be a middle ear infection, as it did last time and the time before. But that would be too simple, wouldn’t it.

Oh, and in 2007 I was told the scan showed that I had had a previous stroke about ten years earlier, but I seem to have slept through that one and quite failed to notice it…

You can squeeze on a lot more people if you don’t have to account for the weight of the luggage…

Thatizz a lot of bread, to be fair. I am aiming to fit into my dress for a wedding on Saturday, so I’m not eating a lot. However - dinner comprised fennel and butterbean stew with padron peppers (abluddygain) and I enjoyed it. Good nights, Cellarites,

I hope that you were able to get the length sorted.
There’s another wedding at Morwenstow on Saturday. James’ brother is getting married & I think that the Reception is in their beautiful barn - it’s an ancient NT property.
I will share a picture after the event
