Having been given a large bag of blackcurrants, I intend to make a batch of no-churn ice cream. Prawn guvec and flatbreads for dinner. No walkies, today, as I am tired of the blasted pollen.

I’d like to open the north-facing windows to cool down the hive, but can’t stand the thought of all that pollen. Tbf - the pollen has been a problem all year, starting from the tree pollen in January, mumble grumble. We have more serious considerations, really :slight_smile:

We went to the Burren perfumery and I was spoilt rotten
Three perfumes
A rose garden perfume and a local orchid perfume and a gorgeous summer meadow perfume
Every one made eon site and using farmed local plants unique to the Burren

Sounds good, Twellsy. I wear only one perfume and, like you, I am spoilt rotten azz family and friends ensure that I am well-supplied.

The ice cream is made and space (somehow) hazz been found in one of the freezers. Dough hazz proved and will be flattened and fried. Guvec next!
