I could hardly believe it meself, Soo.

I have a few bruises, & sore spots. It was absolutely nothing like The Grate Knee Debacle…

I have to get my Harse into gear & arrange my Covid booster, 'Flu jab & possibly 2 Shingles jabs.

I may look like a pincushion by the time I am finished…

The GKD was a bit horrible, right enough. But, tipping over onto a pavement is never a walk in the park :kissing_heart: xx

Travelling has been quite enough to convince me that a few hours of supine capitulation is the best course. Best nights, Cellarites,

It was sunny here but now it’s cold and cloudy

I have been bitten by summat at the weekend so I now have prescription oinkment anti histamine oinkment and anti histamine pills

Was at the dentist forra dine chewer mould and went to the butcher too

I think I was undercharged

A pound of lamb pieces 12oz rump steak 6 8oz hen breasts a pound of mince a kilo of corned beef 2 pork chops one and a half pounds of sausages and a pound of smoked streaky bacon and a pound of steak mince for the princely sum of 60 yo-yos

Two weeks meat for 60 yo-yos is a bargain I think

We’ll be taking an elderly friend to the kirk, tomorrow. This person has been having a truly awful time with her GP surgery and needs bloods taken tomorrow, so I’ll be there as her moral support (her words).

Best nights, Cellarites,

Morning all

The Bull’s new toy is working hard to cool outdoors and heat indoors using a foldup solar panel and meaty luggable battery

When I think back to when my father was part of a team which patented the low temperature source heat pump in the 1970s and how it was not considered a viable means of heating homes or any building and see how many are using heat pumps all sorts of sources of heat now I cannot help but wonder about the short-sightedness of man/woman
